Preserved Manchester City Transport 3460 PND 460 is a Leyland Titan PD2 built in 1956 with an MCW Orion H36/30R body and is seen here at the Manchester Museum of Transport on Boyle Street. However, a distinct difference between these and their Daimler CVG6 counterparts (4480-4489 NNB 290-299) was visibly evident in that, the CVG6s had a slide-opening cab door like the London Routemasters whereas the PD2s like this one seen here and the Daimler CVG5s (4490-4509 PND 490-509) had the conventional push-pull cab door.Previous | NextManchester Corporation Leyland Titan PD2 No 3477 TNA 477 with a Burlingham H37/28R body is seen here on Lloyd Street South after working a football special from Aytoun Street to Manchester City's Football Ground at Maine Road. Despite the application of the Selnec PTE(Central) logo on the bodyside, the vehicle had retained its municipal livery. 3477 spent its entire working life as a Hyde Road vehicle.
